Our goal is to have workdays to provide time for making quilts for donating to our local charities plus the Veteran
Hospital.

What do
I bring? A sewing machine or nothing, we have all the material and notions needed/bring a friend
Who? We donate these quilts
to local charities. You will find personal satisfaction, see new and old friends

There is plenty of work for everybody. No experience is necessary. This
is also an opportunity to learn more about quilting. You are welcome to bring
a friend.
We also have kits with a pattern and directions available for you to take home from our workshop and/or the General
Meetings.

In the past 7 years KAQG has donated over 2000 quilts to charity organizations:
Family Time, The Door, The Mission-Northeast, Veteran Hospitals, American Red Cross, M.D. Anderson,
HAAM, Azleway Inc., plus others.

Quilts donated to the VA Hospital.
KAQG and Bee Charitable donated over 120 quilt to the VA Hospital
to be distributed on Veterans Day. We also took books for the library that were greatly appreciated.
