MAY GENERAL MEETING May 2, 2013 Lecture by:Malka Dubrawsky "Art Quilting-Line and Design"
VPs Elma Lynn and Amanda are pleased to present Malka
Dubrawsky (http://stitchindye.blopspot.com), a fiber artist who has designed and written for magazines such as Quilting Arts and Quilting
Arts Stitch, and she has written numerous books, including
Color Your Cloth, containing in depth discussion of her dyeing process and Fresh Quilting: Fearless Color, Design & Inspiration,
a virtual lesson book of modern quilt making techniques. She also has a Craftsy class entitled "Fabric Pattern-ing with
Wax Resist." We are so happy to have her for the May meeting program and "Improvisational Piecing."
